<p>《癲狗日報》（英語：Mad Dog Daily，1996年3月18日－1998年7月9日、2018年3月18日－2022年1月3日），是由黃毓民於1996年創辦的香港私營中文報紙，於1998年停刊。直至2018年以網上版重新復刊，2022年1月停運。兩次均由梁錦祥任總編輯。(URL: maddog.myradio.hk)</p>
<p>Mad Dog Daily was founded by former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, Raymond Wong Yuk Man, in 1996. The newspaper was suspended in 1998 until it resumed publication with an online version in 2018 and ceased operation in January 2022. In both cases, the editor-in-chief was Mr. Leung Kam Cheung. SHKO (Save Hong Kong Online) is a community project to preserve those disappearing online web sites since 2019 and in a wake of [[the vast disappearing of civil society and independent media | background]]. It's anonymous and open source, with the support from a lot of online users. 


## Goals
- To preserve as much information as possible before its disappearance during Hong Kong's great transition
- To illustrate a viable method that everyone can use to help preserve online heritage with no pains
- To demonstrate global collaborations to save local digital heritages with best practices


## Quick Facts

We are working on over dozens of [[websites or online causes | sites]] in Hong Kong in the past two decades which has been forced to shutdown or at the brink of disappearing.
